The Tumby Bay Centenary Walk commemorates those from the district who died in service or were killed in action during World War One.  Funding was received through the Anzac Centenary Grants Program.

The walk includes plaques with the names of the 40 local soldiers listed in alphabetical order who were killed during World War One. Entrance walls are erected on the northern end of Spencer Street with "Centenary Walk" in brass lettering and the rising sun insignia.
