Croppa Creek Soldiers Memorial Hall was erected in memory of those who served in conflicts in which Australia has been involved. 

Appointments By The Minister. Establishment of a trust to control the reserve at Croppa Creek for the erection of a war memorial was approved by the Minister for Lands (Mr. Sheahan) and seven appointments announced. The trust, the Member for Barwon (Mr. S. R. Heferen, MLA) said to day, would control reserve No. 72148, and it would comprise Messrs H. S. Nicholson, C F. Coulton, F. Belford, F. Shelton, T. B. Brodie, J. E. Cook and W. D. Woods. Their appointments were notified in a recent Government Gazette.
